Is Hoekstra shielding Hastert in the Duke Intel
Committee scandal?

This one makes the Foley scandal seem trivial by
comparison.  The release of an independent report on
Duke Cunningham's abuse of his position on the
Intelligence Committee is being held up by the
Chairman, Pete Hoekstra, reportedly because it could
be embarrassing to other committee members and the
leadership.  Is it possible that the Speaker, the
Chairman, and/or others close to them are hiding
something?

As reported in today's New York Times, Pete Hoekstra continues to supress an unclassified report on Duke Cunningham's illicit dealings within the Intelligence Committee--a report with "possibly embarassing conclusions".  Is this why Hoekstra is suppressing it?
